Our Packages

We provide 4 different key management packages tailored to your needs:

Contract terms are for a period of 12 months.



Key holding Package

This service covers possession of your keys only.


We keep your keys in case of lockout and as access to the property when needed for any maintenance or repair services or for any emergency you have requested. (This includes waiting up to 1 hour‐ subsequent hours are charged per hour started)


Mini Package

This service covers:


  • Monthly inspection of your property to make sure everything is in order.


  • Visual check of plumbing, gas and electricity to confirm that everything is in good condition.


  • Running taps, flushing toilets and ventilating the property.


  • Watering plants on the terrace and indoor area.


  • Security check of windows, doors and locks throughout the property.


  • Checking terraces, garden and swimming pool.


  • Emptying of your letterbox


  • Monthly report with photos

Medium Package

This service covers:


  • 2 times per month-inspection of your property to make sure everything is in order, safe and in good condition.


  • Visual check of plumbing, gas and electricity to confirm that everything is in fine condition.


  • Running taps, flushing toilets and ventilating the property.


  • Watering plants on the terrace and indoor area.


  • Checking the terraces, garden and swimming pool.


  • Security check of windows, doors and locks throughout the property.


  • Emptying of letterbox.


  • 2 times per month a report with photos.

Maxi Package

This service covers:



  • Weekly inspection of your property to make sure everything is in order, safe and in good condition.


  • Visual check of plumbing, gas and electricity to confirm that everything is in fine condition.


  • Running taps, flushing toilets and ventilating the property.


  • Watering plants on the terrace and indoor area.


  • Checking the terraces, garden and swimming pool.


  • Security check of windows, doors and locks throughout the property.


  • Emptying of letterbox.


  • Weekly report with photos.

Cleaning Service

Everyone wants a clean, hygienic home to relax in whether you are an owner or guest.


Therefore, you can also use our cleaning service so that you can start your holiday relaxed and end it with peace of mind.


If you have a washer and dryer on site, our prices include washing, drying and putting back bed linen, sheets, towels,... in your home.


If you do not have this, we will go to the laundry for you. This is not included in the package and will be charged extra. Putting them back in your home is included.


We use our own cleaning materials and detergents. If you have a preference for other products, you should purchase them yourself and make them available at your residence.
